Every email is answered within one business day, Monday to Friday. Messages that arrive over the weekend are answered on Monday.
We are a small studio and we do not run a phone line — email reaches us directly and is the fastest way to get an answer.
Before you email about a pattern
To help us answer on the first reply, please include:
- Your order number
- The pattern name
- The row or round number where you are stuck, if it's a pattern question
Common questions
I didn't receive my download email. Check spam and promotions first, then email us your order number — we resend within one business day.
My download link expired. Email us your order number and we reissue it free of charge.
Can I sell what I make from your patterns? Yes. See our Pattern License.
I think there's a mistake in a pattern. Please tell us the row or round. If we confirm an error we correct the file and send the updated version to everyone who bought it.
