Shipping policy

Digital delivery only

Palmroute LLC sells digital crochet patterns. Nothing is shipped physically. There are no shipping charges, no delivery addresses, and no customs or import fees.

How you receive your pattern

  1. Complete your purchase at checkout.
  2. A download link appears immediately on the order confirmation page.
  3. A confirmation email containing the same download link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout — normally within 5 minutes.

File format

All patterns are delivered as PDF files, readable on any phone, tablet, or computer. No special software is required beyond a standard PDF reader.

Download limits

Each link allows up to 5 downloads and remains active for 90 days from the date of purchase. If you reach the limit or the link expires, email support@bobbleandbean.com with your order number and we will reissue it at no cost.

If your email does not arrive

  • Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
  • Confirm the email address on your order confirmation was entered correctly.
  • Email support@bobbleandbean.com with your order number and we will resend the file within 1 business day.

International customers

Because delivery is entirely digital, customers anywhere in the world receive their pattern the same way and at the same speed. All prices are listed in USD.
