These Terms govern your use of https://bobbleandbean.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Palmroute LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of New Mexico, United States ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. What we sell

We sell digital crochet patterns delivered as downloadable PDF files. We do not sell finished physical goods, and nothing is shipped to you.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in USD and exclude any tax that may apply.
  • We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
  • Payment is taken in full at checkout through Shopify Payments.
  • You confirm that the payment method you use is yours and that you are authorized to use it.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation and download link. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if:

  • The payment is flagged as fraudulent
  • The product was listed at an obviously incorrect price
  • We reasonably believe the order breaches these Terms

5. Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate. See our Delivery Policy for download limits and what to do if your email does not arrive.

6. Refunds

Digital products are non-returnable by nature. Our Refund Policy sets out the specific circumstances in which we do issue refunds, and forms part of these Terms.

7. License to use patterns

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, described in full in our Pattern License. In summary: you may sell finished items you made yourself from the pattern; you may not share, resell, or republish the pattern file or its instructions.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — patterns, written instructions, charts, photographs, text, logos, and design — is owned by Palmroute LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, or republish Site content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any account
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Redistribute purchased patterns in breach of the license

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for a material breach of this section.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Crochet patterns are instructional materials. Results vary with yarn weight, hook size, tension, and individual gauge. We do not warrant that your finished item will match the dimensions or appearance shown in our photographs.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Palmroute LLC, its members and agents, from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of a pattern.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Nothing here removes a consumer-protection right that the law of your country of residence grants you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

15. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date will change, and the version in force is the one published when you place your order.
